Ok last night wasn't good, I went to the gym late and by the time I was back and showered it was too late to cook anything, so I went for this
I don't care it was lovely!!
Tuesdays breakfast, my usual with a scoop of whey
Then lunch was chicken and veg crudités, and a couple of clementines mid afternoon.
Tea was lamb and veg. I love lamb, but cooked it too fast and too high so it was tough as old boots!!
