10/6

A late breakfast today. So I went for bacon and 3 eggs, delicious! 


Again as I are late I wasn't hungry at lunch time so had carrot and houmus


Then an early tea before the gym, steak and vegetables with a spoon of hot horse radish :)

An early start this morning meant a quick breakfast so yoghurt and whey


I drove to Lincoln for race for life with work colleagues, and afterwards it went downhill quickly! More Percy pig emergency sweets meant I felt far too sick to eat any dinner. I then had steak with a little coleslaw for tea :)

Today was a reasonably good day, 

Breakfast: yoghurt and protein before boot camp 

Then lunch, blueberry and cinnamon omelette


I then had beef jerky for an afternoon snack, then really fancied some falafel and houmus 


Nothing else today, so not that great really as no fresh veg, but it could have been worse I guess.

7/6

Errrr well today started well with blueberry and cinnamon omelette then it gradually got worse and worse!

I went to lunch at Clair's house and accidentally had a couple of slices of pizza (I'll keep telling myself that) with salad (to be polite!)

I then travelled down to London to see paloma at the O2, and accidentally bought these


I won't go any further, as it really didn't get any better! But it might have involved some crisps and a twix, MIGHT.

6/6

Today has been a good day, which is odd as I've had a day off, where I usually eat more than I should. 

I started with my staple total yogurt and whey and a few blueberries

Then I visited my best friend and her baby for lunch and had a light lunch, pâté with salad and a slice of whole meal bread 

A few cashews mid afternoon


Then fish and veg for supper


I may not have eaten enough today, I'm sure a protein shake mid afternoon would fill the gap

Home from work and I was bloody starving, so had a bowl of tuna and a couple of clementines 


A nice tea, herby fish and plenty of veg :)

I'm at home this morning so I've gone with my favourite breakfast, blueberry and cinnamon omelette. Although I burnt it, rubbish :(


Lunch, again chicken breast, this time Cajun, and a handful of cashews. I also had a protein shake to get me through a couple of hours until I was home again
